5. Payment Terms

Fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days notice.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

VOBPro provides verification data from insurance carrier databases. While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for coverage decisions or reimbursement outcomes. Always verify critical details with insurance carriers directly.
